You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (we'll deduct the shipping we paid, ranges from $3.00 to $50.00 depends on the product) only for non-customized products. Prescription dive masks with different prescription for each eye will not be returnable as they are customized products. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error by sending you a pre-paid shipping label (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Buyer must include the order information in the return package, such as order number (if you order from scuba-choice.com or our Amazon store) or user name (if you purchase from eBay). Otherwise you will not be able to get a refund because we cannot identify your return]
- Buyer must ship the return package within 10 days after notifying our team. Otherwise the order WILL NOT be refunded.
We will charge you re-shipping fee for exchanging. You will be respondible for the shipping cost.
USA shipping is free (3-5 business days delivery), including HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO. For international shipment, please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. For priority mail within USA, it will take 1-3 business days to deliver with additional fee)
We will not refund for any items or lost for buyers who provided the incorrect shipping address. We will not send replacement if a buyer claims package lost if the tracking info shows "delivered."
Our shipping lead time is 1-2 business days including the customized prescription masks.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The US Postal Service's First Class Mail International is an affordable way to send small packages weighing four pounds or less to international destinations. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7-14 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Once the package is sent, you will receive a tracking number.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Final delivery of packages sent via USPS First Class Mail International is handled by the postal service of the recipient's country. On rare occasions, a package may be delayed by customs procedures. If you choose this shipping method - we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your country has a notoriously bad post office, please do not choose First class mail international.
Out of thousands packages sent to Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, France and Finland, a very few were delayed, and not a single package was ever lost.
To Czech rep, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Austria - we have problems once in a while. Chances of a lost package 1 : 200.
Italy, Spain, Japan, Portugal, South Korea, all South America and Mexico - First class mail international is not a good service to choose. If you choose this shipping method - we will not be responsible if you package will be lost or will be delivered late.
Other countries of the world not mentioned above - please get your order shipped either via Priority mail international, or better Express mail international.
