Q1: Can I pickup locally? Do you have a physical store? How do I pay?
A1: Yes you can pick up locally, our warehouse address is 14020 Central Ave. #530, Chino, CA 91710. Our walking hour is M-F 9am to 5pm. You can pay cash/credit card.
 
Q2: Do you take phone orders?
A2: Sorry we do not take phone orders at this moment. But you can always call us at 909-643-5552 if you need help for placing an order online.
 
Q3: Is it free shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii?
A3: Yes, it is free shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Q6: If I placed an order today, how long does it take for me to received it? 
A6: You will receive it within 3-7 business days if you are a USA buyer. For international buyers, it usually takes 7-21 business days except for Brazil buyers. We've experienced 2 months delivery for Brazil buyers due to difficult custom clearance.
